Martin volunteered to step into the role of Clerk when our initial efforts to recruit a replacement were unsuccessful. Not only did he manage the day-to-day aspects of the role effectively, he spent considerable time sorting out the historical administration, policies and procedures to make the incoming Clerk’s induction and onboarding far easier.
